Putting it all together
There are many considerations when planning single or multiple projects
and assigning people, here we try to break it down, considering three
elements, Projects, Resources and Consequences. The diagram below shows the relationship between these elements. (Download diagram as a PDF file here)
Planning Intelligence be primarily focuses on Projects and Resources. Assignments connect these two elements, assigning resources to projects, leading to consequences for the projects themselves and for the resources.
All of these elements can be combined to create templates, which can be re-used to easily recreate a project with or without assigned resources, hours or other account information.
